Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mango puree, honey, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
In a large bowl, add the chicken wings and pour the marinade over them, tossing to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Arrange the marinated wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake the wings for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. For extra crispiness, broil on high for 2-3 minutes at the end, watching closely.
Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for about 5 minutes.
Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro before serving.
