Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, cooled brewed coffee, and eggnog. Ensure the liquid is well-mixed with the oats to promote even soaking.
Introduce the maple syrup, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt into the mixture. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are completely blended.
Once combined, cover the bowl with a lid or seal the jar with a tight-fitting cover. Place in the refrigerator overnight, or for a minimum of 4 hours, allowing the oats to soak and soften completely.
The next morning, retrieve your oats from the refrigerator. Give them a good stir to reconstitute any ingredients that may have settled during soaking.
Serve the oats in bowls or within jars, and enhance the presentation with your choice of toppings, like a generous dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or a crunch of crushed graham crackers for added texture and flavor.
